Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over €150.

 

Shipping Fees

For orders below €150, the following shipping rates apply:

• Europe – €15
• USA – €20
• Rest of the World – €20

 

Delivery Times

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times:

• Processing Time: 5 business days.
• Shipping Time: 3–5 business days for EU countries, 5-7 business days for USA.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Where We Ship

We offer worldwide shipping, except for regions where delivery is restricted due to legal or logistical reasons. Some remote locations or islands may also have limited shipping options.

 

Customs & Import Fees

For orders outside the EU, please note that local customs or import duties may apply. These fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are not covered by Kro-Ok.
